GLongP is an encrypted messaging, calling and self-custody wallet app. This policy describes exactly what the app stores on your device, what it sends to our servers, and which third parties are involved. It reflects how the app actually works, feature by feature.

The short version. Your recovery phrase and private keys never leave your device. Message and call content is end-to-end encrypted — our relay server passes ciphertext it cannot read. We do not use any advertising or analytics SDK, and we do not sell data.

1. Data stored only on your device

The following never leaves your phone unless you deliberately export it:

Recovery phrase (12 words) and all keys derived from it — wallet keys, message identity key, database key, vault key. Held in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore.
Message history — stored in a local database encrypted with a key derived from your recovery phrase.
Notes and Vault files — encrypted on device.
PIN and biometric setting — biometric matching is performed by the operating system; we never receive your fingerprint or face data.
Photos and files you receive in chats — decrypted and written to the app's private storage area.

If you uninstall the app or lose the device without your recovery phrase, this data is unrecoverable. We cannot restore it for you, because we never had it.

What our servers cannot see

Private messages, group messages, shared photos and files are encrypted on your device with a key that only you and the recipient hold. Voice and video calls are peer-to-peer and encrypted (DTLS-SRTP). Our servers relay the encrypted bytes and the signalling needed to set up a call; they cannot decrypt the content.

Our servers can necessarily see metadata: which addresses exchange messages, when, and approximate sizes. We do not use this for profiling.

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature. Anything you send on a public chain can be seen by anyone and cannot be deleted by us or by you.

4. Device permissions

Microphone — voice and video calls only.
Camera — video calls, and scanning contact QR codes.
Photos — only the images you choose to send or store.
Notifications — incoming call and message alerts.
Face ID / fingerprint — unlocking the app locally.

The app requests no location permission of its own and does not collect your location. A system library may declare one; we do not read or transmit it.

5. What we do not do

No advertising SDK and no ad tracking.
No third-party analytics or behavioural profiling.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
We cannot read your messages, notes, vault or wallet keys.

6. Your choices

You can delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the app, and request removal of server-side data — see Delete Your Data. You can revoke camera, microphone, photo and notification permissions in system settings; the related features stop working but the rest of the app continues.

7. Children

GLongP is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Tóm tắt. Cụm từ khôi phục và khoá riêng tư không bao giờ rời khỏi máy bạn. Nội dung tin nhắn và cuộc gọi được mã hoá đầu-cuối — máy chủ chỉ chuyển tiếp dữ liệu đã mã hoá và không đọc được. Chúng tôi không dùng SDK quảng cáo hay phân tích hành vi, và không bán dữ liệu.

1. Dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên máy bạn

Cụm từ khôi phục 12 từ và mọi khoá dẫn xuất từ nó — giữ trong Keychain (iOS) / Keystore (Android).
Lịch sử tin nhắn — cơ sở dữ liệu cục bộ, mã hoá bằng khoá dẫn xuất từ cụm từ khôi phục.
Ghi chú và Kho tài liệu — mã hoá trên máy.
Mã PIN và thiết lập sinh trắc — hệ điều hành đối chiếu vân tay/khuôn mặt; chúng tôi không nhận dữ liệu sinh trắc.
Ảnh và tệp nhận trong trò chuyện — lưu ở vùng riêng của ứng dụng.

Gỡ ứng dụng hoặc mất máy mà không có cụm từ khôi phục thì dữ liệu này không thể lấy lại. Chúng tôi không khôi phục được, vì chưa từng có nó.

Máy chủ không thấy được gì

Tin nhắn riêng, tin nhắn nhóm, ảnh và tệp được mã hoá ngay trên máy bạn bằng khoá chỉ bạn và người nhận có. Cuộc gọi đi trực tiếp giữa hai máy và được mã hoá (DTLS-SRTP). Máy chủ chỉ chuyển tiếp dữ liệu đã mã hoá.

Máy chủ buộc phải thấy siêu dữ liệu: địa chỉ nào trao đổi với địa chỉ nào, vào lúc nào, kích thước xấp xỉ. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu này để lập hồ sơ người dùng.

3. Bên thứ ba

Dịch vụ đẩy thông báo của Apple và Google nhận token thiết bị và nội dung thông báo. Khi bạn mở ví, các node blockchain công cộng (cloudflare-eth.com, bsc-dataseed.binance.org) và node GLongP nhận địa chỉ ví và địa chỉ IP của bạn để trả về số dư. CoinGecko nhận địa chỉ IP khi lấy giá token.

Giao dịch blockchain công khai và vĩnh viễn. Những gì đã gửi lên chuỗi công cộng thì ai cũng xem được và không ai xoá được, kể cả chúng tôi.

4. Quyền trên thiết bị

Micro — chỉ dùng cho cuộc gọi.
Camera — gọi video và quét mã QR kết bạn.
Ảnh — chỉ những ảnh bạn chủ động chọn.
Thông báo — báo cuộc gọi và tin nhắn đến.
Face ID / vân tay — mở khoá ứng dụng, xử lý cục bộ.

Ứng dụng không thu thập vị trí của bạn.

5. Chúng tôi không làm gì

Không SDK quảng cáo, không theo dõi quảng cáo.
Không phân tích hành vi qua bên thứ ba.
Không bán hoặc cho thuê dữ liệu cá nhân.
Không đọc được tin nhắn, ghi chú, kho tài liệu hay khoá ví của bạn.

6. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể xoá dữ liệu cục bộ bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách gỡ ứng dụng, và yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu phía máy chủ — xem Xoá dữ liệu.

7. Trẻ em

GLongP không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của các em.
