1. Delete everything on your device

Uninstalling GLongP removes the local encrypted database, your notes and vault files, cached chat media, and the keys held in the system keychain.

This is irreversible. Without your 12-word recovery phrase, the wallet and its funds cannot be recovered by anyone. Make sure you have the phrase written down before uninstalling.

2. Delete server-side data

Email glongptech@gmail.com from any address with the subject Delete my data and include your wallet address (the glp1… string shown in Profile). We remove:

your display name and public key
your push notification tokens
any queued undelivered messages
your posts and comments in the social feed
your membership in groups

Completed within 30 days. We may ask you to prove control of the address by sending a message from the app.

3. What cannot be deleted

Blockchain transactions. Public chains are permanent and outside our control.
Messages already delivered to another person's device — that copy belongs to their device.

1. Xoá dữ liệu trên máy

Gỡ cài đặt GLongP sẽ xoá cơ sở dữ liệu mã hoá cục bộ, ghi chú, kho tài liệu, ảnh/tệp trò chuyện, và khoá trong keychain hệ thống.

Không thể hoàn tác. Không có cụm 12 từ thì không ai khôi phục được ví và tài sản trong đó. Hãy chắc chắn đã ghi lại cụm từ trước khi gỡ.

2. Xoá dữ liệu phía máy chủ

Gửi email tới glongptech@gmail.com với tiêu đề Delete my data, kèm địa chỉ ví (glp1… trong mục Hồ sơ). Chúng tôi xoá: tên hiển thị, khoá công khai, token thông báo, tin nhắn còn xếp hàng chưa gửi, bài đăng và bình luận, tư cách thành viên trong các nhóm. Hoàn tất trong vòng 30 ngày.

3. Không thể xoá

Giao dịch blockchain — công khai, vĩnh viễn, ngoài tầm kiểm soát.
Tin nhắn đã gửi tới máy người khác — bản đó thuộc về máy họ.
